This Online Shipping Policy is entered into by and between You and Via Inc., hereafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”). This Online Shipping Policy is subject to our Terms of Sale. Via Inc. is using and operating the website aerismotion.com under license from Aeris GmbH. All orders are accepted and fulfilled solely by Via Inc. for its own account.

General Shipping Policies

Via Inc. offers free shipping on products shipped within the contiguous 48 United States and flat-rate shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Most items ship via standard FedEx Ground. Exceptions would be larger orders needing to be sent freight. Via Inc. provides tracking details in a timely manner allowing our clients the ability to identify a delivery date and make any necessary arrangements.

It is the responsibility of the client to verify the shipping address and all contact information. This is especially important for freight shipments.

Note, if the ship to address is outside of the service area of the carrier, it will be shipped to the nearest carrier facility or affiliate for pickup by You.

Delays

We strive to ship all orders quickly, but situations may arise causing unexpected delays. Shipping delays may result from natural or human events, including weather, earthquakes, system outages, holidays, transportation disruptions or other similar occurrences. In the event of a delay, we take reasonable steps to ship your order as soon as possible. However, any shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Processing Shipments

We fulfil orders on business days only. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday, your order will be fulfilled on the next business day, which is Monday, unless Monday is a public holiday, in which case your order would be fulfilled on Tuesday.

Shipping Damages & Returns

It is very important for you to thoroughly inspect all boxes before signing any delivery slip and to note any and all damages or shortages in writing, on the freight documents with the driver. Once the shipment has been delivered, all items must be inspected and any damages, photographed and reported following our Online Return Policy within 48 hours of receipt. Please retain all packing materials and boxes associated with the shipment as these may be needed to complete a claim. Photos of damaged boxes are required for claim processing.

If you choose to return any goods, you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until Via Inc. has taken physical possession of the goods.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise and update this policy from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. If changes are material to this policy, we may notify you before these amendments enter into force. Your continued use of the aerismotion.com site means you accept and agree to any modifications to this policy.
